The Q-NIE is designed as a simple tool for all professionals (counselors, therapists, educators, etc.) who are looking for solutions to help neurodivergent people integrate into the job market.
The Q-NIE is neither a test nor a diagnostic tool, but a systematic collection of information on the main aspects of professional life that are potentially problematic for neurodivergent people.
The information obtained will help identify strengths and weaknesses and propose solutions by choosing a job compatible with the challenges, helping to put in place adaptation strategies or organizing conditions in the workplace.
Certification is not required to use the tool, but users will ideally already have some level of expertise in the field of employability and neurodiversity inclusion.
The Q-NIE consists of two questionnaires. One questionnaire is targeted at candidates with ASD (Q-TSA) and another at candidates with ADD or ADHD (Q-ADHD).
The questionnaires cover a number of key topics and areas where neurodivergent people may face challenges in professional life.
